Being tasked with the responsibility of supporting an organization that has a network of nearly 300 clinics spread across the western United States, my IT Department depends heavily on our vendors to assist us in keeping our company running.
Prior to our relationship with Young Systems, our company was working with hundreds of local dealers across multiple cities and states in an effort to keep our copiers in working order. In addition, our purchasing department had to deal with an overwhelming number of toner order requests for the hundreds of printers that were in use within our organization. With Young Systems monitoring our copiers and printers ori the network, our clinics now receive toner supplies automatically, which has completely eliminated the needs to process a single toner purchase order. This has not only resulted in reduced headaches and increased productivity, but it has eliminated hundreds of hours of administrative purchase order and accounts payable processing. If a machine were to be in need of repair, whether it be in Southern California or Texas, we are now able to just call Young Systems who dispatch and manage our service requests responsively.
We have a great working relationship with Young Systems. Not only have they significantly reduced our support burden, but they actively meet and work with us to see what we can do to continually control and reduce our costs.
